Mentorship Program
The PRSA Northeast Wisconsin Mentorship Program is an opportunity for new members to be matched with a mentor to build connections, form a positive professional relationship, and become acclimated with the PRSA Northeast Wisconsin chapter and community. Mentors can help mentees set goals, network professionally, and share their knowledge and expertise. Mentorship relationships are beneficial for both mentors and mentees.
This program is not limited to new professionals. A seasoned professional who is a new member of PRSA Northeast Wisconsin is welcome to participate in the program. You will be matched with a mentor based on interests, industry, personality, experience, etc.
Expectations for Mentors and Mentees
- The official mentorship match will last one year from when the new member joins. If the relationship is mutually agreeable and beneficial, the relationship can continue in an unofficial capacity after one year.
- Mentors must be a member of PRSA Northeast Wisconsin.
