Young Professional of the Year

The 2019 PRemier Awards Committee will present the Young Professional of the Year award to an individual 30 years old or younger who has demonstrated communications excellence. This award will honor a working student or professional for their particularly effective work in the areas of public relations, marketing, media relations or general communications.

There is NO FEE to nominate an individual for this award. Stay tuned for the opening of the next nomination period.

The Awards Committee will review all entries and select a winner. Finalists and/or their nominators may be asked to provide additional information. The winner will be honored at the PRemier Awards banquet, and will have an opportunity to present their work with the group. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged!

Examples of potential communicators of the year include, but are not limited to:

  • A stand-out student who balances professional work (such as an internship) academic or volunteer responsibilities with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Entry-level communications professional making an impact in Northeast Wisconsin with their ambitious contributions.
  • A communications professional under 30 who has, through significant hard work and contribution, become a cornerstone employee within an organization.
